FFXII Vid: The New Girl in Town

I really didn't want to post four videos in a row. I wanted to post 'Love is Blind' prologue (or any fics as a matter of fact), but Basch and Larsa wouldn't cooperate with me (sorry, had to get that off my chest, and the fic isn't even about them). But things kind of change, after I wrote 5 really crappy sentence for mariagoner, and I felt obligated to give her something as a compensation. And this is it!

Penelo and Fran is truly spectacular btw ;D Also, if you think this video is crack-filled, wait till you see the next one in maybe two weeks time.

But anyway, what do you all feel about a pic-spam post? I've got a couple of FFXII fanarts from japanese sites, and I was wondering if you would prefer that I upload the Group pics, Basch/Ashe pics, Individual pics, or other pairings (mostly Basch/anyone pics)? No, icor, I do not have as much Balthier/Fran pics as you did, and I'm still amazed that you found that much.

Off topic: I normally don't talk about my RL issues, but my neck feels like snapping into two after bunking on the hospital... couch every afternoon, since Monday. My younger sister is going through some auto-immune deficiency illness (rashes and abdominal pain), and though it is not serious, she's expected to remain in the hospital for further inspections in case it gets worse. And I've been keeping her company in the afternoons, 15 hours shift until one of my parents comes and take over the watch. My back feels sore T__T

Yes, please post some pic-spam! Especially if you have any Ashe/Basch (which, knowing you...) because I've only been able to find one or two fanarts of them together. Any FFXII fanart would be wonderful, really. The Balthier/Fran collection still grows. :3

Hush, woman! I shan't have you denigrate your work in that way! That 5 Things meme was a thing of love and beauty and more than anything, I long for you to give me a chance to put it in the whole Uses of Enchantment series. ;)

And that is seriously the funniest and cutest FFXII vid I've ever seen. It's Ashe! Having ridiculous amounts of UST with every male in the series! (Erm... except Larsa. He's reserved for other things. XD) And Penelo! Being cute and hilariously sassy! And Fran! Getting her bitch on beautifully. If my heart weren't already betrothed to another, I'd have granted it to you here. ♥

I'm telling you, this video wouldn't be half as successful if Penelo didn't have her part in the video. She's such a lovely girl to work with and such a charmer, even when she's complaining in this video. And Ashe and her men, if you wonder why Basch was having such a long face throughout the game, that would be a proper justification (Agreed, not Larsa though, I'd rather put Reddas or Vayne XD)

I would have never thought that Penelo and Fran are so easy to work with, since they really don't have much lines in the game. But I'm pleased with the outcome of this video, even if it is rather short :)

She was discharged three days ago, and two days ago, she was readmitted again. But don't worry, it's nothing serious, in fact, that silly girl enjoyed being pampered by the family XP

About Hairspray, overall, it's a pretty adorable show. Yeah, it can get pretty cheesy and the sweetness of the movie might be overwhelming, but it's a worth watching musical.

Musicals, to me anyway, usually scream cheesy (Apart from Moulin Rouge, which reserves a place in my heart.) I'm still debating whether or not to watch Hairspray, as John Travolta looks quite...disturbing. o_o

I'm a complete sucker for musicals but even then, I have my limits. High School Musical being one of the so-called musicals that I absolutely despise with a scary passion. But Hairspray, I personally enjoyed the video, though I've heard some of friends complaining about it, but since it is an award winning musical, I thought it truly deserve its name.

So, you like Moulin Rouge too? (Strange, a lot of people in my f-list seems to like it too). If that's the case, you'll probably enjoy one of the new fanvideos that I'll be uploading shortly ;)

I raise question about HSM popularity! Like you said, hardly anyone I know likes the movie. But tell that to the brats, who thinks that Zac Efron is a gorgeous hunk... T___T

Will try to complete the Moulin Rogue video, in actual fact, it's either 30% or 60% complete, depending if I want to improvise it anymore. For now, it's passable, but it's whether I want to continue to editting. We'll see, but till then, I got another two completed videos on the list to be uploaded ^^

PS: I like the ending, in a sense that I believe if they had went for a completely happy ending, it might have been less impactful.
