I nearly choked, I think the funniest part was where you used the images of Fran flipping out for the line 'the girls went wild with ooh's and aaahs'.

Heh, the cutest thing about Basch is that he's so stoic in the game, therefore when he is spoofed, it makes him quite funny. Though, honestly, he's quite stubborn at times when I try to work him into videos, and yet, phenomenal when I actually do succeed! XD

Vaan/Basch? For now, I can only see Basch as a fatherly figure to Vaan, but in a another few years... who knows XD Though, I do like the chemistry they had in the game, where Vaan is quite attached to Basch and defends him when need be ;)

Touchy-feely? I take it that you meant Basch. The only people that I recall him having skin contact with was Ashe, Vaan, Reks and Noah.

Just me, but within the context of the game, I don't see Vaan as being romantically interested in anyone, perhaps, because he still seemed really innocent in this matters ;) Probably another few years, once he actually realized that Penelo is a girl.

... In my own humble opinion, he treats Penelo more like a brother, or mother XD The same goes for RW, but by then, Vaan/Penelo were made into a couple, well, at least as close as SE is capable of creating couples.

I wasn't even the one shopping. I went with my friend. I was told we were looking for a dress for her uncle's wedding. That's all. Three department stores and a myriad of new outfits later, I was ready shun malls forever ^^;

When I shop I take maybe two hours... so it was a good test of my endurance.

*sigh* Poor you... I'm fortunate enough not to have such an experience (of walking through 3 department stores), though I had similar cases where I sit for hours waiting for my mother throwing on one outfit after another.

I can shop for hours but only in bookstores, and most of the time were spent browsing or thumbing books that caught my interest. Otherwise, like you, it takes about two hours for me to pick up the stuff that I actually need ^^

Poor Basch fell from the comfortable spot of knight captain to king-slayer, and had to climb from the depths of the dingiest dungeons to the towers of Archadia high society. He truly deserve some love (and from his fair lady too) XD
